Lone Oak, The Pointe, Mount Pleasant

This home was designed by Hunter Baker and his team to capture the beautiful views of the Wando River. The unique shape of this lot allowed for some creativity in the layout. The home features an open floor plan first floor that opens to large porches stretching across the entire back of the home. This home truly creates and indoor / outdoor living area with an amazing view.

We completed a full interior and exterior renovation on the main home and guest cottage. The main home included adding sf for a new open concept kitchen, an elevator, and large porches across the rear of the home. The project was designed by the team at Hunter Baker Homes.

Hunter Baker and his designed and built a master suite on this existing brick ranch home. This suite included a vaulted ceiling and a large master bathroom. This project was designed by the Hunter Baker Homes team.

Rivertown Country Club, Parkers Landing, Mount Pleasant

This home was designed by the Hunter Baker Homes team. This elevated home features a first floor master bedroom, large kitchen which is open to the first floor living space, and a large rear porch overlooking the pool.

The Villas at Seabrook Island

The Hunter Baker Homes team reworked the interior layout of this condo to create two new master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and an updated kitchen with added seating.

McCants Dr, Old Village, Mount Pleasant

This project included a new ground and second floor layout revision to allow two new bedrooms with ensuite baths, a master bedroom with a large bathroom, and added footage off the rear for a new living space.

Parsonage Woods, Park West, Mount Pleasant

The Hunter Baker Homes team removed several walls, added windows, to redesign the layout of this kitchen to create a new open concept area.
